No es un corte nítido y marcado, es uno borroso. Experimentación Mediática presenta y retomar el video y la experimentación con este medio y sus componentes. Ya sea como espectadores o ejecutores, tenemos en esta ocasión la oportunidad de ver e interpretar resonancias culturales y conceptos representativos y en desarrollo de 19 artistas de alrededor del mundo. En esta muestra se refleja el legado de artistas como Larry Clark, Pipilotti Rist, se asoman los aspectos documentativos y humanistas de la obra de Gillian Wearing, la simetría pictórica de Philip Taaffe, entre otras influencias. Experimentación Mediática convierte el espacio de la galería en una piñata llena de dulces. Unos más amargos que otros, para activar los cinco sentidos manipulando principalmente la vista. Se nos ofrecen crujientes visiones de una sociedad en proceso de descomposición con retoños ideológicos, mediante la tala y siembra de postulados progresistas revisados y propuestos por estos artistas.

Experimentación Mediática presents and the video art and the experimentation with this medium and its components. Either as spectators or producer, this time we have the opportunity to see and interpret cultural resonances and representative concepts in development of 19 artists from around the world. This sample reflects the legacy of artists such as Larry Clark, Pipilotti Rist, overlook documentation and humanistic aspects of the work of Gillian Wearing, the symmetry in Philip Taaffe paintings, among other influences. Experimentación Mediática turn the gallery space into a “piñata” filled with candy. Some more bitter than others, to activate the five senses primarily manipulating the view. We offer crisp views of a decaying society with ideological offspring, by cutting and planting progressive assumptions reviewed and proposed by these artists.
